Inspection and evaluation of a set of Great Highland Bagpipes or Scottish Smallpipes to identify issues affecting playability, stability, or function.
This service is intended for situations where an instrument is not playing correctly or may require multiple repairs. No repair work is performed without customer approval.
Your initial payment is applied in full toward any approved repair work.

I sent an email and did not receive a return. My Fireside pipes still are unstable and I cannot get them tuned. Drones are taking max pressure for steadiness and then the chanter reed shuts down. I have tried adjusting reeds but still cannot get them steady or in tune. Please help.
I had several dents in silver ferrules. Eryk worked his magic on removing them. Now my bagpipes as the ferrules look brand new. They promised and delivered
