Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, standard-configuration GHB orders are subject to a 15% cancellation charge. CL-1000 and higher models, personalized instruments, custom-quoted instruments, and other special-configuration orders are subject to a 25% cancellation charge. For a period of ten (10) years after purchase, each set of Gibson Bagpipes is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact Gibson Bagpipes.
This guarantee excludes:
Normal signs of wear and tear, damage caused by inappropriate use or negligence, and pipe bags.
