Shipping & Production Times

Most Gibson Bagpipes instruments are made to order or prepared specifically for the purchaser. Production times vary based on product configuration, material availability, engraving, outside services, current workload, and other production factors.

Any lead time shown on a product page or provided in correspondence is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed shipment or delivery date unless Gibson Bagpipes expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that made-to-order products may require an extended and variable production period. Gibson Bagpipes will provide updates when reasonably necessary and will handle any material delay in accordance with applicable law.

Orders containing multiple items will normally ship together after all items are ready. Gibson Bagpipes may ship items separately when requested by the customer or when we determine that separate shipment is appropriate. Additional charges may apply to customer-requested split shipments.

Customers requiring delivery by a particular date must contact Gibson Bagpipes before ordering. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested dates, but no requested date is guaranteed unless confirmed by Gibson Bagpipes in writing.

Carrier transit times begin after an order leaves our facility. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed. Gibson Bagpipes is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, import processing, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
